10. Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
11. Connected Accounts and Google User Data
2Slides lets you optionally connect third-party accounts (such as Notion and Google) so you can import your own content and turn it into presentations. Connecting an account is always initiated by you, is entirely optional, and can be revoked at any time. Provider credentials are never handled by the account you use to sign in for these integrations; they are held only by our connector service as described below.
11.1 Google Docs Integration
If you choose to connect Google Docs, you authorize 2Slides through Google's official OAuth flow. We request only the following read-only scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents.readonly— to read the text content of a Google Doc.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file— limited, per-file access to the specific document you choose to import.
What we access: Only the text content of the individual document whose link you explicitly provide at import time. We do not list, search, browse, scan, or bulk-access your Google Drive or any other documents.
How we use it: Solely to generate the presentation you request. The document text is passed to our slide-generation pipeline for that specific job. Access is strictly read-only — 2Slides never creates, edits, moves, or deletes anything in your Google account.
How we store it: Your Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and held by our isolated connector service; they are never stored in the main 2Slides application database. Imported document content is processed on demand for your generation request and is not retained beyond producing the resulting slide deck that you initiated.
How we share it: We do not sell your Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Document content is transmitted only to the AI model provider used to generate your slides, strictly to fulfill your request.
11.2 Limited Use Disclosure
2Slides' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11.3 Revoking Access
You can disconnect a connected account at any time from within the 2Slides import dialog, which deletes the stored credential from our connector service. You can also review and revoke 2Slides' access directly in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
