Domande Frequenti

Domande comuni su questa slide e il contenuto della presentazione sottostante.

What is the Bank of Baroda Q2 FY27 earnings presentation?

It is Bank of Baroda's 'Performance Analysis Q2FY27' investor deck for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. The bank filed it with the BSE and NSE together with its quarterly results. Its 46 slides cover key highlights, financial performance, deposits and advances, asset quality, capital adequacy, sustainability, digital banking, subsidiaries and the consolidated financials.

What were Bank of Baroda's headline Q2 FY27 numbers?

Standalone net profit was ₹6,532 crore (+35.8% YoY) and operating profit ₹11,430 crore (+50.9%). Net interest income was ₹13,026 crore (+9.0%) and NIM 2.74%. Global advances grew 18.3% to ₹15,12,448 crore and global deposits 16.4% to ₹17,45,435 crore. Consolidated PAT was ₹6,737 crore and EPS ₹13.03.

Why is H1 FY27 net profit lower than H1 FY26 when Q2 profit rose?

In Q1 FY27 the bank booked 'other provisions' of ₹5,670 crore, which took total Q1 provisions to ₹6,323 crore and cut Q1 net profit to ₹1,278 crore. As a result, H1 FY27 net profit is ₹7,810 crore, 16.5% lower than a year earlier, even though Q2 on its own rose 35.8%, helped by ₹4,093 crore of treasury income.

How is Bank of Baroda's asset quality in this deck?

Gross NPA fell to 1.78% and net NPA to 0.37% at September 2026, down from 2.16% and 0.57% a year earlier. The slippage ratio was 0.69% and credit cost 0.55%. Provision coverage was 94.65% including technically written-off accounts. SMA-1/SMA-2 exposure was just 0.06% of standard advances.

What units and currency does the deck use?

All amounts are in Indian rupees, mostly in ₹ crore (1 crore = 10 million), written in the Indian digit grouping (for example 17,45,435 crore). Some digital and inclusion metrics are in lakh (100,000). The page analysis here keeps the bank's own units.

Can I download the slides as PowerPoint?

Yes. The page offers the original PDF and an editable PPTX converted from it. The conversion keeps each slide as an editable page, so you can reuse the table and chart layouts for your own bank results deck. Check the figures against the original PDF before quoting them.

Which subsidiaries are covered?

IndiaFirst Life Insurance, Baroda BNP Paribas AMC, Baroda Global Shared Services, Nainital Bank, India Infradebt, BOBCARD, BOB Capital Markets, the newly formed BOB Securities & Giltedge (primary dealer, ₹500 crore initial capital) and the overseas subsidiaries in Uganda, Kenya and Botswana.

Where can I find the original filing?

Bank of Baroda files its quarterly investor presentations with the BSE and NSE and posts them in the investor relations section of bankofbaroda.in. This page is built from that filing, with the cover letter removed.
